Returns & Refunds

Return and refund requests can be submitted by email at info@pesticideonline.ca or by phone at 1-833-632-0880. A response will be provided within 48 business hours of the request. Approved returns must be sent to: 306 boulevard Maloney Est, Gatineau, Quebec, J8P 1C8, Canada.

We do not offer exchanges or store credit.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, at the customer’s expense, within 30 days of receiving the order.

Product Information

Product effectiveness may vary depending on the pest, application conditions and proper use. Please carefully follow the product label and application instructions for best results.

Shipping 

• Our packages are shipped with Canada Post.
• Delivery times may vary and are determined by Canada Post once the order has been shipped.
• All orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days.
• Orders under $115 are subject to shipping charges calculated by Canada Post.

Purchase terms

• Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order, including their name, email address, billing and shipping address, and payment information, is accurate, complete and up to date.
• We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, product availability issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstances that may prevent us from fulfilling the order.
• Personal information provided through our website will be used only for purposes related to processing and fulfilling your order, providing customer service, and as otherwise required or permitted by law.

Product Substitutions

If a product is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product containing equivalent active ingredients.
