Return and refund requests will be processed by email or phone at the following coordinates: email@example.com or 1-833-632-0880. A response will be provided within 48 business hours of the request. Returns must be sent to 306 boulevard Maloney Est, Gatineau (Qc), J8P 1C8
We do not offer exchange or credit service.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of shipping the original order is not covered by the refund. To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, at the customer’s expense, no later than 30 days after receipt of the order. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of the products. Please refer to the application instructions for best results.
- Our packages are shipped with Canada Post.
- Delivery times are not our responsibility.
- All orders received are dispatched within two (2) business days.
- The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data for invoicing: name, email address, postal address, method of payment. We assume that the data entered is correct, precise and complete.
- We reserve the right, within the limits of the law, to reject or cancel any order without justification.
- All personal information provided will be for our use only, unless required by law.
- We will allow ourselves to send a product with equivalent active ingredients if it is out of stock.
